The
Tite Inn and Restaurant |
Mill End
Chadlington
OX7 3NY. |
Michael and Susan Willis |

The
Tite Inn has been owned and run by the same family for over 15 years
and a warm welcome awaits you at this beautiful 17th century Cotswold
village pub renowned for its award winning draught beers, excellent
fresh food, gardens and superb views over countryside designated as an
area of outstanding natural beauty. We have always been proud of the
beers that we sell at The Tite Inn and have been in Camra's Good Beer
Guide for several years.
We tend to support the smaller and mediums
sized family Breweries and have a natural aversion to buying from the
major large Breweries that have tried for so long to dominate the
market. We have four draught beers always available and one draught
hand pulled Cider. One Premium Lager and draught Guinness. We are a Freehouse without any ties to any brewery so we can offer whatever
beer we think is best or what our customers might like in as a guest
beer The informal restaurant
and garden room covered with its own vine in the summer, is open every
evening and at Sunday lunchtime offering an exciting choice of
traditional and imaginative dishes, including vegetarian.
All our food
is cooked on the premises using only the freshest produce including
local vegetables and game when in season. The selection of local and
country cheeses should not be missed.Children
are made welcome as are pets that are kept under control. Sunday lunch
at The Tite
Inn has always been a traditional family get together. The Gardens are
a special delight and in the summer, depending on the English weather,
you can relax, have a drink or enjoy a meal overlooking an area of
outstanding natural beauty

Licensee Sarah-Jane Courage, who runs the pub with her chef husband
Paul, was pleased to have won the award. They won the regional title in 2004
so have now gone one better. The pub, which Sarah
will have run for five years in March, always has at least 14 different ales
on tap, The pub is a real fashioned treat – there is no jukebox, pool table,
