T his
charming 300 year old coaching inn is, in fact, one of the newest additions
to the Arkell's stable. Not that you'd notice. Everything that's made The
Kings Arms such a popular pub since the 17th century are still obvious
today, namely: ideal location, friendly service, good food, well kept ales
and high quality accommodation. For travellers and
tourists taking in the delights of the Cotswolds, the fact that the
landlords, Viv and Avril, know more than their fair share about the area as
born-and-bred locals is yet another plus.
Currently offering 13 well appointed rooms, all of which are en-suite and
can be easily made into twin or double accommodation, the Kings is also
ideal for families, with 2 larger sized family rooms available.Centrally
located, the Kings is perfectly placed for shoppers looking to take a break
from
Chipping
Norton's
busy high street, or for those planning a drink and a bite to eat before an
evening at the nearby theatre. Bringing The Kings'
bang up-to-date, you will also find 3 plasma screens showing the latest
sporting entertainment, and 2 pool tables.
Lunch served: Noon - 2.30pm every day
Evening meals: 5.00pm - 8.30pm, Mon - Thurs only.
